Feasibility Study

A recent feasibility study for a Warwickshire farmhouse using the Class AA permitted development rights principle. Class AA allows, in certain circumstances, additional floors to be added to a dwelling providing the criteria is met.

The study proposes to increase the bedroom accommodation and living space for the family.
