Planning permission granted for 59 student rooms in Coventry

We are delighted to have been granted Planning Permission for the creation of 59 student rooms on a historic site near Coventry City Centre. Careful consideration was required as the proposal occupies the site of a 19^th century public house and will retain its historic façade as part of the scheme. The roof is extended upwards of the same pitch and the building extended beyond to provide accommodation but is not visible from the street, creating a building which sits sensitively within its location.
