New Orangery and remodelling in Leamington Spa

This new orangery was designed to be an integral part of family life within this property. The extension replaced an inefficient conservatory construction, with a modern extension which provides plenty of natural light and a better thermal performance.  

The existing kitchen and dining areas were also opened up to create a large Living, Dining and Kitchen area. The orangery was designed and constructed with a traditional external appearance to remain in keeping with the period property, whilst complimenting the more contemporary internal atmosphere.
